This place is horrible. If you want mediocre pizza, sure, give it a shot. God forbid you want hot peppers your hoagie. . That's another .50 cents. They love to up charge for all of the extras and if your looking for a family owned business that is thankful for the customers that pay for their lousy food then this isn't the right place for you either. They are nasty little girls that man the front counter. Want a smile and a thank you? You have a better chance at hitting the power ball lotto. Buyers beware for sure.

Pizza frys were mushy and bland....on the plus side a decent cheesesteak(if you like your roll toasted that is)

Horrible horrible customer service. They are rude and frankly do not care or value you as a customer. The food is okay - cheesesteaks nothing special and their bread was hard and not in a good way. I would never go here because of the service and I find their cooking quarters to be very small and packed with people and while waiting for my food I was a little hesitant as I thought from my visual perception that they were not that sanitary!

I was passing thru the area recently and yelped this place. Never been there before I grew up in Brooklyn and am spoiled by the highest rated pizza in the New York metro area( maybe the nation ) . I tried the square slice and was amazed how good it was. It was on par with L&B Spumoni Gardens in Coney Island which has been rated and featured on the Food Channel and the Travel Channel's Best of series . I now live within 30 min of this place and will definitely stop back.

I have been patronizing this establishment for almost 30 years, but no more. It used to be great when Sal was there full time. His daughter took over and she is a very unpleasant person. She has a bad attitude and doesn't know anything about customer service. They act as though they are doing you a favor being there.

Best pizza in levittown! The staff is always cheerful, and helpful. The food... oh the food is amazing! The prices are great for the quality, and quantity of the food. No delivery, but it's worth the drive to pick up food this good. Love this place!

This is my favorite pizza place in the Langhorne/Fairless Hills area. The pizza has the perfect ratio of cheese and sauce, and the crust is delicious! Every time I am in the area, V & S is the first place I order from!

Having grown up in Levittown, this was a staple of my childhood. Hadn't been in years and decided to swing by for a pizza with my boyfriend and son. Pizza was good as I remembered, only drawback is that it was greasy as can be! I used 14 napkins on my son's slice to make it edible for him. Otherwise service was good and prices are reasonable.

Tasty Pizza & Hoagies. Been going here for years and order on a regular basis. I'm very surprised by the negative reviews. Its' NOT a horrible place, IS reasonably priced, NOT Blah as described by one review.

I do like their Sicilian pizza, but the rest of their food isn't that great. They would have had 3 stars from me if it wasn't for the poor attitudes of the people who work there. They are rude to their customers, so I'd rather go into Trenton for pizza.

Best pizza ever! My favorite is a plain pie with extra sauce. Also, they toast the rolls for their cheese steaks... So yummy.

Got a slice here the other day. They didn't have any ready. So I waited for it. It took 20 mins. I got the pizza finally and when I got home the box was covered with grease. The pizza was very soggy and greasy and flavorless! I won't be coming back here ever again!

Crust - blah Sauce - blah Cheese - blah Who cares?

Never again. Incredibly rude and unapologetic order takers. They cooked our 2 pizzas at different times, and didn't bother to tell us, even though I was sitting right in front of them watching our first pizza just sit out for 15 minutes. Once we got home, the 2nd pizza was clearly rushed as it was flooded in their watery sauce and mushy and had a whole in it? how can pizza be mushy 5 minutes out of the oven. Total amateur hour here, cant believe they've been in business this long. Delorenzo's is the only place to go around here.

I've lived in Levittown my whole life (26 Years) and it's my favorite Pizza shop around. My parents have been going there since it opened. Always friendly and don't think they have ever messed up my order. I love the Pizza but everything else is always good.

Unlike the rest of Levittown, I'm not a big fan of V&S's pizza. Their sauce is way too plain, and everytime I'd ordered their pizza, it seems cold by the time you get it home. They also seem to close a bit earlier than some other pizza shops in town, which kind of sucks on a weekend night. Everything else is good though, especially the hoagies and salads.

I have eaten here for many years. Mostly because it is so close to where I live. The prices are a little high compared to other pizza shops but the food is always good and it is kept very clean. I like V&S because it is family owned and run. The owner's daughter runs a tight ship and my orders are never wrong once I get home. My favorites are hoagies, grilled chicken house salad, and calzones.

One of my favorite pizza places when I come home to visit my family. Not only is the pizza fabulous, but the meatball subs are amazing.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
